While apps like MeterBerry let you monitor your BlackBerry vitals papped let me know about a free app called BB Meter. This app keeps a history log and shows the variance on your BlackBerry battery and memory. It will monitor your battery level and keep a long so you can see how fast it is dying. The lightweight app also tracks your memory history since your last startup and gives you a variance on it. You will need to wait up to an hour after installing to get the discharge level since it needs time to get a correct reading.
