Tbreak is out at GITEX in the Middle East where Jim Balsillie was showing off the BlackBerry PlayBook and App World 2.0. The other thing they let us know about is that RIM is finally rolling out the BlackBerry Torch along with the Curve 3G and Pearl 3G in the UAE.
The prices will be:
- BlackBerry Torch: US$ 735
- BlackBerry Curve 3G: US$ 360
- BlackBerry Pearl 3G: US$410
Its interesting to see RIM get serious in the Middle East after all of their troubles with ultimatums and bans. Now that they are “Compliant” in the UAE it is a good time to make a push with new devices.
