I am not sure how prevalent the Zendesk help desk solution is but they made their offering a little sweeter this week with a dedicated BlackBerry app for support agents. This new mobile help desk app gives support agents access to their ticket queue from anywhere allowing them to view, create, and edit tickets on the go. Supposedly Zendesk has more than 60,000 mobile users which is pretty impressive.
Their new app lets agents:
- Access all your customer support ticket views
- Update existing tickets and add comments for follow up
- Create new support tickets
- View entire ticket threads
- Create new accounts on the fly
