BuddyGuard Pro from Terra Mobility is a popular personal security app for BlackBerry. They just added a new feature in their latest version 1.5 called Panic Alert. It allows you to send an SMS or email during an emergency situation which includes your location and fire off a phone call at the same time. The phone call is usually set to 911 but you can set it to whomever you want and you can have multiple SMS or email contacts with your own set message.
