I guess we now know what they meant by “presale” in the FutureShop leak earlier today. It turns out that Rogers will be launching the BlackBerry Torch 9800 on September 24th and they have confirmed that on their blog. The price will be as low as $199.99 with a crazy 3 year contract. That puts them a bit behind the rumored launch dates for the other Canadian carriers.
