Reuters just released an interesting niche app centered around their photo Galleries with content from all over the place. The app is kind of a one trick horse but it does look very nice. I am not sure what audience Reuters is really going after with such an app but it is a nice effort. I haven’t seen that much traction for their regular Reuters BlackBerry app but maybe they are trying to be more mobile friendly.
If you are interested in giving the app a spin you can download it directly at this link. Sadly it is limited to the BlackBerry Bold 9700 & 9000 along with the Storm & Storm2.
The app was created by Rapid Mobile which I have never heard of before. Should be interesting to see if they stretch further into the BlackBerry app space.
