BBSSH Has New Version and New Site

BBSSH has come a long way. Initially, it was called MidpSSH. The development on that app wasn’t so active anymore eventually, so Marc Paradise took upon himself the task of improving it. The project was forked and became BBSSH, with plenty of improvement. If you use SSH and a BlackBerry, you really want to have this app.

Berry Review made very positive comments on BBSSH a few weeks ago. Ronen tried it and liked it. If anybody else liked it, run for the latest version, 1.1.7, released just four days ago. Development of BBSSH is very active, so Marc is always improving it in some way.

In fact, the project is so active that it has a new address on the World Wide Web. Are you ready for it? Here it goes: BBBSH.ORG. Easy to remember, isn’t it? Bear with me: the site isn’t really up as I write this article, it’s still migrating from Source Forge. But it should be up and running any minute now.

In the meantime, if this is the first time you hear about BBSSH and you can’t wait another minute to learn more about it, you still can visit the old address, HERE. But note that all recent OTA downloads are readily available from the new site, like I mentioned before.

Great job, Marc!
