Looks like Storm users are getting some more love. Thanks to BBLeaks, BlackBerry Storm2 9550 users now have OS 5.0.0.451 leaked. No idea what is added in this leak but it is worth checking out if you like living on the bleeding edge.
Let us know what you find & keep the tips coming!
NOTE: Do not install this software if you do not know what you are doing. It may make your BlackBerry FUBAR or just plain angry.

Ok! I downloaded it and upgraded my storm 2 to this version. It kinda works smoother & feels faster than OS that came with Verizon.
The TCP/IP settings and service books now have populated entries that makes browsing over wi-fi (without a 3G / 2G connection from any service provider ex: TMobile) no more troublesome. Earlier the browser would not work with Network Selection /Network Technology / Network mode set to “Automatic”/ GSM-UTMS / 3G-2Gā after this was unlocked and moved over to T-Mobile GSM connection. It would actually look for APN/TCP IP service book entries from Verizon though technically it has been unlocked.
I tried to get rid of this problem by upgrading it to this 5.x.x.x.451 and it solved that bitchy problem.
Photos, music, video, touch screen and its options, opening word files, browsing and boot up ( I did not time it but feels) faster. The multi tap option seems to be new.
