Reversi really brings back memories. I used to play it back in the day on Windows 3.11 when I was really bored. Tafasa let me know that they have released Reversi for the BlackBerry Storm. It is a classic strategy game that is easy to pick up but hard to win.
The game is on sale now for 99 Cents until July 31st after which it goes up to $2.99. All in all a pretty good game for a great price. I am a big fan of strategy games on my BlackBerry since they are easy to pause and continue between meetings or while waiting for my wife at Macy’s. 🙂 Sadly like all Tafasa games this is Storm only…
From the product description:
Reversi, also known as Othello, is the fun and famous strategy board game that is easy to play, but hard to truly master. Now the game is available on your BlackBerry so you can play everywhere! The game provides 5 different computer difficulty levels to challenge all people regardless of experience or skill. You can also challenge your friends in a 2-player match to see who is the real champion. This fun, animated and graphical game is easy to use and will keep you entertained for hours.

Personally I’m glad to see some Storm dedicated developers. Too many games I download are built for the curve and other hardware keyboard devices, and when played on my Storm are either in compatibility mode which wastes half the screen or the graphics are subpar for the Storm screen. Storm owners thank you, Tafasa 😛 (also, starting at the storm and working down to the other devices makes sense to me, that way you’re always starting at the best resolution/screen size and nothing gets lost as you size down)
