Well this rumor has been bandied around enough so I thought I would mention it. I am not big on rumors but these are starting to round out. It looks like the CDMA Bold/Curve hybrid 9630 codename Niagara will be coming sometime in July. In RIM’s case that could also figure in a few months of delayed launches…
The consensus has it that the 9630 codename Niagara will be called the Tour which seems to fit in with RIM’s naming scheme. Maybe with a tie in to their U2 endorsements.

I’ve read it’s coming to Verizorn. I hate Sprint but I have a good friend who refuses to leave Sprint, so when is this puppy coming to Sprint?

I’m on Sprint, and my 8830 is getting a little long in the tooth, so and Sprint specific details would be greatly appreciated. Why did they go with a lame name like the Tour?

Sprint is on schedule to launch the 9630 Late July-Mid August.

Either way Verizon or Sprint, I will be getting this phone, work is on Sprint and probably switching over to Verizon in June/July. So I will keep my SERO plan on vacation if that is what happens.
