Vodafone is going all out with the upcoming Storm. They have now opened the floodgates for preorders on their site with delivery happening around Nov 11th. They are offering an amazing deal that Verizon should match where the Storm is free with a 18 month and up contract. For example, with a 18 month contract and a £40/month+ rate plan or a 24 month contract and a £35/month+ rate plan the phone is free.
