Not sure if this is worth trying but Stefano sent me a link to this new free IM & social network client called Nimbuzz which supports the BlackBerry. He did a review of it but sadly it is not in English. (Google Translate link here)
The client supposedly works with Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, AIM, Gtalk, Jabber, Facebook, & MySpace… The list goes on.
If you are like my and have to try everything then check it out by pointing your Berry’s browser to get.nimbuzz.com. You can also read more on their very cryptic and uninformative website at www.nimbuzz.com and let us know what you think in the comments.
I just can’t help myself when it comes to writing about IM clients for BlackBerry. I remember when I had the 7230 and was scouring the internet for an IM client that worked on my BlackBerry. Back then Web Messenger just came out and it was the only one…

Their site is awful – it told me my browser wasnt supported..
And the software itself… Socket/HTTP only, no BIS.
Move along, nothing to see….

I don’t like it. It’s slow compare to the other free IM app I tried.
It doesn’t give much option either.
