This is one of the best ‘Free” multimedia and BlackBerry friendly sites I have ever seen. Chris (Site Developer) has done an amazing job to provide 1000s of hours of free programming for the end user and has such a wide variety of videos to offer, so there is something to suit every taste.
All of the videos have been formatted to run seamlessly on your BlackBerry and can run from the standard half hour episode right up to your full feature movie length. For more on this Absolutely Premium site just hit the JUMP…
This is the last straw for me! I’m Screwed! I was asked to check out a Video site and do a quick review on it. No problem I thought to myself as I hit the link, just a couple of videos to watch on my BlackBerry, do a quick summary and post it; easy. Two days later and I am still joined to my Curve like a Pitbull to a Poodle. The little family time I had left is now being used up watching episodes of my favorite TV programs that haven’t been released here yet. Yep, I’m sleeping out with the dog again tonight!

Chris is so dedicated to this site that if you have a request just ask him through the contact link on site and he will go out, find what you are looking for and get it on to the site for you. Watch out for ‘The Naked News’ coming soon (My request) :).
Downloading has to be done on your home PC or Mac as the BlackBerry service just comes up with an error. The download speed is quick at around 154kps on my 3G wireless connection ( Speeds would be a lot quicker on ADSL ). This takes the time for downloading a half hour program to about 4 mins.
Loading onto your BlackBerry OS is quick and simple. When you plug in you BB just click the ‘Yes’ to use as mass storage device. Once that is done it is a matter of drag and drop the videos from your PC or Mac to the videos section on your media card in your BlackBerry. After a couple of minutes waiting time, you are good to go.
Watching video on the BlackBerry is quite a lot easier than I thought it would be despite the size of the screen. (this is where those with 8300 and 8800 Series BlackBerrys are going to have the advantage over the rest of us in regards to screen size!)
Another great advantage when watching a video on your BlackBerry is when you get an incoming call the video pauses and you can resume once you have finished the call or go back to it at another time.
Conclusion:
As I stated previously, “This is by far one of best sites for free BlackBerry content I have ever used”. Chris has done a fantastic job and the content is so vast that you are bound to find something that suits you.
One thing I would like to ask people to do, (This is not a request of the site admin), if you do find yourself downloading a lot of content or making special orders then do the right thing and leave a small donation. The time put into this site would he huge and I think, to keep these type of people motivated to keep going, then it would only be right to leave a little something… Thanks Chris for all the hard work…
