Mobio Releases GetMobio Lifestyle Portal Application for BlackBerry

Mobio.com has released GetMobio for BlackBerry devices. This application gives you access to over 50 widgets on your BlackBerry including twitter, digg, RSS feeds, sports, and my favorite feature “Cheap Gas.” This allows you to search for the cheapest gas near your preset locations. I currently did not see any GPS support for the 8800 but you never know. The RSS has some promise since it includes RSS feeds for the New York Times and ESPN. As of now I keep on getting errors when I try to open an RSS feed. Mobio also helps you to search for nightclubs, restaurants and local events. My only complaint is that each page seems to result in you waiting for the page to load. It makes a data request for each page you go to and sometimes this can be slow.
