My understanding was that the Playbook would be shipped with Blackberry Podcasts from the outset. I've had mine for about a month now, and although I constantly check Appworld (I'm located in Australia), there's no sign of any such application. Does it exist?
Where is the native podcast player?

You should see it in your "All" menu. Tap on "ALL" then push the menu up (it should scroll up) when you drag it upwards.
On mine it's the first icon on row 6.
Tap on "Podcasts" and there you go.

hmm in that case it might be a licensing issue. check with your pb support there.
The NA versions all come with it.

Hmmm...try this, not sure if it'll work after security wipe reload with either Canada or the US as your country of choice.
Not sure if it'll get the missing podcast back or not, worth a try.

I think it's only on the US\Canadian playbook. I tried doing a wipe and chose US as my country and it still did not appear. I was wondering if it may have been because my internet connection is in the UK. I have to go through a US proxy to be able to install news reader through app world as it's not available in the uk.

You might have to use US or Canada Proxy server to get the podcast app to load...
