   I know we've posted before on the Google vs Oracle but it was on various threads so I'm trying to pull all of this together.

   Looks like Google could lose one way or another whether they produce or not produce the incriminating emails... this is definitely interesting. I see that Motorola got call into a deposition to testify against Google... hmmm...

   Then they have been found in violation of the US Federal Wiretap act... judgment/fine pending.

   Google you have been too arrogant for too long.

   It could get really messy though, but it if wasn't for these two huge companies competition wouldn't of sparked the mobile race like it has. In some ways is good in others is not.
