I work at Magmic Games, and we just launched a brand new tower defense game:
It's a bio-defense themed game where you fight off infections with things like antibiotic towers and nanobots.

Very cool! Kind of reminds me of Operation mixed with that Wii surgery game. :)
Personally I think Magmic needs to work on more classic puzzle and other games that are easy to pause. I am usually just looking for a quick way to take a break between meetings or on the subway.
