As of now no.
Since there is no official version of OS6 for the 9700 there is also no official theme builder that supports OS6 themes. So for now everyone that has updated there berry's with the leak'd OS6 is stuck with the default themes.
Another reason y I didn't keep OS6 on my 9700.BBM > Apple's millions.

Monkey is correct, there is no theme builder for keypad os6 devices yet.
With Sprint going official with os6 for 2 of their devices a couple weeks ago we can only keep our fingers crossed on a TB release.

.380 is the official OS6 from Vodaphone. .424 is the latest leaked release.
