I'm loving the new 2.0 but I don't see many new apps. No NYT app for example.
Do those people that saw Android apps on there developer OS still see them? What are the good ones for news?

I see MANY new apps...but they're not necessarily labeled "Android" (a few are from Android Research so that's how I could tell). Also did you already check out the PressReader app built in to 2.0?

Definitely a lot of new apps, not too worried about that since I'm sure we'll also see a lot more every day but I do agree somewhat about the premium apps, NYTimes, WSJ, Nook, Kindle, google apps, Zinio...still waiting. At this point, my disappointment is starting to shift more to the companies and less RIM...like Zinio, I don't even know if I'll use the service when they do release an app as my interest peaked months ago.
One app I've downloaded today is the dolphin browser..looks like a very high quality browser option.

I'll look at press reader. I know the apps will not be labeled Android but I just was looking for the headlines ones

Oh, and add Word With Friends to that list.

You can play Word with friends thru FB, probably not the same as a stand alone app.
