Finally it's really too bad that BBM isn't on the PB I tihnk that alone would have sold a ton of 2.0 playbooks.
This is something I truly do not understand.

A crucial factor will be whether Amazon ports the kindle App to the playbook. Then it would be pretty easy for people to say the playbook is a better deal. Although I know kindle sells more than books, people still think books when they think amazon. And we know RIM will have zinio. Another key unknown will be how good the selection will be on Blackberry Movies.I wish they just teamed with netflix but I guess netflix wanted too much $$ or something. Finally it's really too bad that BBM isn't on the PB I tihnk that alone would have sold a ton of 2.0 playbooks.
I have to believe it will be
Given that the Android port works flawlessly.
I mean... technically the Kindle app IS on the Playbook already...
But kindle might not release it to App World...

I just gotta believe they aren't petty enough to with hold it.
I mean they have an iPad app right?
If someone chooses to get a Playbook.. why would Amazon not want to still make some money off them?
RIM hit the green finally today.

I am feeling a good feb coming
I agree Brian, it's just that you wouldn't beleive the hatred for Blackberry in the US. It really sucks and makes one think this way sometimes.

I agree. If they go exclusive with Android I will be disappointed, they were an online retailer longer first and even selling digital content, they remained open source. Then they come out with the Kindle...sure seems like they are focusing only on Android.
One of the reasons why I ditched iTunes so long ago was because I could get mp3 music from Amazon and listen to mp3 player or blackberry, I didn't have to buy an iPod just to play my music. At this point, I've stopped caring. Same with Zinio...why would you not be on all the platforms? I was more than eager to spend at one point...
I don't have much faith in wall street/analysts...its emotion and hype, in which case, you could probably wait 6 months on RIM and still be ahead of wall street.
