And still NO CHAT.

Wouldn't it be nice if when ever we messed up our live we could simply press ' Ctrl Alt Delete' and start all over??

facebook17 The rumor mill is going ahead full speed! Yourfriendwayned just posted a screenshot and details of Facebook 1.7 on BBOS forums that he got from some unnamed Polish site.

    Features include:

    • Ability to set filters for information like only status updates or pictures
    • Increased speed in page load time
    • New option in context menu: View Profile (duh!)
    • Possibility of setting time of the news as the target customer for the FB-BB (not sure what that means)

Not much in terms of updates but this should help all the OS 5.0 beta users when it comes out (or hopefully leaks!). This should come out right with OS 5.0 in the next month or two.

Thanks to everybody who sent this in!

Yeah I am surprised RIM is not releasing a Twitter and Facebook chat app yet… Its a real shame since the best apps come from them. And while they are at it we could use a RSS reader. ‘ class=’’ />

So I guess FB 1.7 is the mythical FB version which will work with all these leaked OS 5.0s.

Yeah FB Chat? Where is that???

It’s rather poorly translated by GoogleTranslator, so I put here original specs ‘ class=’’ />

* News Feed: ability to render the Facebook News Feed as the landing page within the Facebook for BlackBerry application

* News Feed Filters: ability for a user to select a filtered view of the Facebook News Feed. Filter by: status updates, photos, links

* Caching Improvements: pages load faster

* View Profile: added as a menu option
