EmployeeTrack Pro is a simple solution for smartphones. Managers download and install the app onto their employees’ BlackBerry smartphones, and the software automatically e-mails them a daily log of all vital phone activities and exact location through GPS. Employers can track all data usage on the phone, including changes to the phone's calendar and address book. The password-protected app runs seamlessly in the background, continually recording activity data, and can only be shut off by the person who installed it. Managers also have the option to trigger an instant report in case they need an employee’s current location or recent activity data.
