does anyone know how to create an OTA with dropbox?
i know i can use bbsak to create a jad file but not sure where to store the files and etc

You should be able to store all of the files in the same directory in the "public" location; then use the public URL to just the JAD file. The BlackBerry should automatically use the same location for the other files when installing. (I have not done this for a BB JAD, but I've done it for other apps that require multiple components in one location.)
