My Curve 8310 didn't come with wifi, and I can't get it to tether without it, why? Is there a application I need or what am I doing wrong?

The wifi on BlackBerry devices is usually built in and the 8310 doesn't have it. I take it that you might be with AT&T usually you can find information on their site on how to do this but I would be a bit careful as well because AT&T if tethering is not cover on your plan that can be really expensive. I know that ATT is notorious for blocking it if is not included in your plan. There are instructions out there but I would suggest to check with them first, just to be safe.
