are you getting any of this new devices coming out soon ?
Just wonder how many of you guys will change your Torch or Bold, that just both a few month ago, will be this really worth it ?

I am not going to upgrade from my 9700 OS until I see a device that comes loaded with a QNX based OS.

My 9700 is about 17 months old now so I will be ready sometime in the next 6-12 months to upgrade to something new. Although, as much as I love this device it may be harder to give up than my Pearl was. Will have to see what new BB 'toys' are out at the time or what may be coming even. Been a looooong time BB user and certainly not going anywhere

Sam keep ur Bold as Fubaz said wait until a major upgrade is made as having QNX os on our devices

I only just got the Torch so I'll wait until QNX comes out of the phones to upgrade. Then again, our next upgrade is around the same time the new stuff is supposed to hit. I might upgrade to a Torch 2 and pass the Torch to my wife.

I love my torch and all but the bold touch looks pretty impresive. I'm also waiting to see if this year's releases have QNX

I have an upgrade due in May, but I have not yet decided if I will get a new device this year or not. I have another line on my contract that has been eligible for an upgrade over a year already and has not gotten one. So I probably could upgrade this year and still upgrade to a QNX device next year if I upgrade the other line next year.

I have the Bold 9650 with OS 6 & unless I see some thing with a lot better Browser coming this may be I last Blackberry. This is my fourth Blackberry & have liked every thing but the Browser it just suck's compaired to other phone's out there. The blackberry's OS is stable & battery life is good it's just the sorry Browser.

I must have a Storm 3 (BB Touch) as soon as it is out. My contract was up in Feb so I'm holding out but my carrier wants me hooked on a new phone so I'm being bombarded by Androids and iPhones. RIM: June please as I can hardly wait!!! Although I have enjoyed my Storm 1 -- it has been very reliable -- it is far from the killer phone I was hoping it would be. The Storm 3 looks to be that phone I hoped for.
Of course, I'll be getting the PlayBook too :) I just need to schedule the demise of my 3 year old laptop to justify the purchase ;) Heh heh! Nah, I'll just give it to the kids.

It never makes sense to wait if you see something you like. I'm waiting now because I don't have a phone I like just yet. However, waiting for the QNX phone in 2012 will mean suffering a great deal more than I already am with a 3 year old phone! I think the Storm 3 running OS 6.1 sounds like something worth exploring. I'll get on the QNX bandwagon the next time around -- QNX 2nd Generation!

I'm currently on a 9700, I love the styling, can live with 0S5.x and am not due a new phone until Nov but even come Nov, I'm not sure I'm going to jump on a new phone just for the sake of it.
That said though, just preordered my 32gb playbook today!

NIce to see all you comments feel free to post wha t do u think is it worth the money to change ur device now ? when in few month later will be another one knocking thee door?
i still believe that ill be waiting for QNX os, but.. who know, if 6.1 is release to Torch 9800 ill be happy waiting for it.. if its not comming for the Torch.. ill might change ..

I will most likely change my device for my birthday. I might bite the bullet and pay the off contract price and not renew my contract with Sprint, but still have the new device. And that way come November 2012, I can renew my contract and get the QNX BlackBerry that I want without having to worriy about the price.
