Has there been any real confirmation from RIM that OS2.0 will be rolled out tomorrow?
Any solid confirmation of Feb 21 roll out?

I thought the stuff we've seen so far seemed pretty solid. I guess we won't know for sure until tomorrow. If the Bridge doesn't drop today some will say that means the OS 2.0 release won't come till later. I think they will release them at the same time so people don't get errors trying to use Bridge features that they can't use yet.

There's talk on crakberrY that OS2 has been delayed till 5am wherever it's being released from.
Anyone here heard that?

And yes - I've downloaded the updated Bridge version and can use the remote function.

Hmm... my bridge browser seemed to have disappeared, although the icons look different now. They show the BB phone and then the info in front of it, but maybe that's always been there and I hadn't noticed...

@ Heavens, where are you finding the remote function?

Hi PBF - go intop the Bridge app itself in whatever foilder you have it in.
On opening it you should see some info.
Also use the menu key.
There is a different menu when you choose keyboard.

Ah finally figured out the bridge and regular web browser shares the same icon according to another post. Apparently it defaults to bridge if nowhere near wi-fi... haven't had the opportunity to try it out yet, have you Heavens?

Hi PBF ... yep I tried it last night - but - the thing is you could use Browser via Bridge (without wifi) before this upgrade. But at least you knew that you were using bridge data for sure.
Now - my guess is that irrespective that you've got Bridge open - if you're using wifi then it will use that data.

@ Heavens, yep, the default seems to be wi-fi unless you turn wi-fi off then it'll default to bridge until wi-fi is available.
