Browser is improved Azie. Will become the top browser on market instantly.

I don't know how much better the A5 will do for the Iphone browser though... they are already running a decent processor in the Iphone 4.

I don't see "dual core" benefiting browsing that much independently unless you are doing a million things while browsing

Tort is hateful, I support genuine. But I think real iPod is greatest. iPod LCD Screens and iPod Accessories are high quality. Overriding the function is important.

BBM still reigns supreme, but apple is much faster than RIM in dev, they have allllllll that Jobs' funding... This is all the more reason y RIM needs to focus and be able to even the playing feilds a bit by now utilizing some of the QNX technology, but w/a RIM twist...

@Kiddo2050 Sorry but it's very important for me to understand this as I am an investor in this company and I do consider NOC as RIM's competitive moat, which allows it to compress data, employ push technology to push data and save battery life and security, and enables them to build an application like BBM based on true push and always on.So I was taken by surprise that Apple has been able to implement BBM like messenger without having a NOC.

As I searched this is what I found, Apple has built a Push notification center since 2009 and all app notifications are pushed to the Iphones via Push notification server.So how this push is any different from RIM's?? Because if it is different, they would be hard-pressed to match BBM experience.

But as I read from Ashley's post, it appears that RIM's push email is best in class, may be due to architecture??

If that's the case why BBM experience would be any different??

jesus what a stupid question don't even bother to reply. Spec 123 look up what push it before you utter such nonsense. Apple neither has nor ever will have true push services.

Hi Ashley Could you please explain what you mean by Iphone lacks true push.Iphone since 2009 has built Push Notification Servers and all their apps notify the client programs thru push.It's not polling at short interval as it is with activesync.I would appreciate if you can explain true push a bit more.

Sure easily explained ready?

BlackBerry = PUSH

iPhone = PUSH-ish

Now I'm not as techy as u in explainantion but here goes:
If u have to set up ur internavals, use an app (mobile me) or stick to certain email accounts to get ur push to work it isn't TRUE... It's forced... :)
Now BB, they just DO it.... :) they push w/alllll their lil might and never ask or delay... That's true push.

I own the iPhone Safari as well as a BB 9780 if I send an email to both hands down my bb picks it up FIRST EVERYTIME.

Even iPhone users will tell ya that in their OWN forums: https://discussions.apple.com/message/11770578?messageID=11770578

Also check out this vid in action Safari vs an old ass Curve!!!! Lol and still the curve gets it done a second faser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOo3N0iwTp8

True PUSH to me = Email sent. BlackBerry Beeps!

THE END :)

we should have the debate over which messaging platform is better... once we all use iMessenger. At this point its pure speculation

Agreed. Have my Safari ready and waiting... But I suspect it to be more LiveProfile-ish and less BBM-ish... iPhone's lack that TRUE push and until they work that into their devices their iMessage will fall short...
