does your bridge still work. I have not installed the upgrade because i was worried ATT would try to screw up the bridge.

Bridge is still blocked in app world but I did a browser search for bridge and found an ota download for os6 and was able to reinstall.

I went ahead and installed OS6 yesterday when I synced with DM and surprisingly, I think I'm gonna stay with it. I had tried an official version some time ago, not sure which release, but it just did not "stick" with me and I uninstalled it within a day. Took forever but nice to see AT&T finally showing up at the party...let me guess, they wanted to ensure the best possible experience for their customers.

A lot of people have been using leaked 6's for 9700 for awhile. Some have faired better than others for whatever reason.

The older 8XXX series devices have not been seeing much update love recently so I am trying to point out their upgrades when they are available. Cory let me know that AT&T has released OS 4.5.0.158 for the 8110 Pearl which is a newer version than even the latest leak. It weird that AT&T only updated the 8110 OS but I guess weirder things have happened.

Have you tried THIS official OS one?
trying out a beta .301 is different than trying an official .301 you know.
Even the same official versions of .282 on Rogers vs. Mobilink were completely different you know…
Try this version and see if it fixes your problems with WiFi, you’re not the first one to complain about the beta WiFi issues you know.

I have been running this OS on my Bold for a few weeks. Battery life is MUCH better than AT&T’s 297 release. 3G signal quality is also fine.

I tried it on my backup Bold and it installed and seems to be working. Nothing really to report yet since most of the issues are degradation over time… Its also impossible to tell when call issues are due to the phone or the iPhone killing AT&T’s network.
