The OS 7 phones are meant to run on the HSPA+ network which for some carriers it's the same as 4G.</p> <p>Now the QNX phone would probably run on LTE which technically is faster.</p> <p>The OS 7 will not have the same processor/hardware as the QNX phone but I don't think it'll be a slouch either.</p> <p>If you look a bit at the history of Rim's OS, it appears that whenever they launch a new OS (even though they declare it won't work on the older phones) a year later they somehow adapt it to work with the specs of the older phone.
