- An AT&T store now appears in my Appworld 3.0's main menu. I am running an unlocked 9900 with an AT&T SIM card. Previously, I was using an AT&T Torch 9800. I participated in the beta of Appworld 3.0 with my Torch and OS6 and never noticed an AT&T Store before in Appworld 3.0.
- Ronen, on Blackberry's home page, I do not see a link to carrier network's on the bottom left. Could you provide a link please? On Blackberry's 9900 page, there is no listing for an AT&T 9900 (presumably because it is not released.) From the Blackberry's page, when I select T-Mobile's 9900, it takes me to T-Mobile's website for the 9900 and in that listing, it is showing me that the T-Mobile 9900 supports 850 and 1900 MHz networks, which are the frequencies AT&T uses. The only reason I am asking this is because I am an AT&T customer and really want a 9900. If for some odd reason I can get an AT&T 3G signal on a T-Mobile 9900, I will buy one today.
- According to T-Mobile's spec page for their 9900, the T-Mobile 9900 includes At&T's frequencies: 850 and 1900 MHZ. See T-Mobile Support Community: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2389 Can anyone with an unlocked T-Mobile 9900 please drop an AT&T SIM card in their phone and see if they get a AT&T 3G signal on their T-Mobile 9900? Thanks.
- I have been running my Blackberry on two Blackberry Enterprise Servers for years. As the author notes, the key is having the two Enterprise Server service books named differently. However, activating a Blackberry on a BES also includes the BES imposing its policies on your Blackberry. In my situation, for internet browsing, one of my Enterprise Servers runs the default policy and one runs a much more restrictive policy. When browsing the web, my Blackberry will use the more restrictive policy. Therefore, after activating, in order to ensure that I can freely browse the web, on my Blackberry, I delete two of the service books of the stricter Enterprise Server: IPPP and BrowserConfig. With these service books deleted, all web browsing will go through the more lenient Enterprise Server.
- I would love to wrap my Playbook in this case.
- FYI. I loaded Docs to Go v3. Got an error when trying to run the program for the first time. I confirmed that Docs to Go v2 still worked by opening up Word to Go v2. Did a battery pull to see if that would make Docs to Go v3 work. After the battery pull, my BB has hung up on booting. I had to do a wipe of my phone with jl_cmdr and am reinstalling my OS right now.
- Upgrade from 336 to 450 went smoothly. The OS feels much quicker and responsive. Best upgrade yet IMHO.
- I could use one of these. Thanks.
