- I also take these with a grain of salt. That said, RIM is really taking a huge risk taking so long to get out the new OS and devices. I have been a devoted Blackberry user for 7 years. But, the Android phones have passed RIM in usability, hardware, and apps. I am not sure how long I will stay with RIM if they take this long.
- Actually in most states it is legal to record a call if one party in the call gives consent. It does vary from state to state, but I know in Florida and Nebraska it is legal.
