6. I really would like to win this contest. I am one of the few people in my office who have a BlackBerry, and I have been hoping to convert some co-workers. An OS 7 BB would help me show off the amazing features of a BB that lesser devices can only attempt to emulate.
7. Amazing! Especially when you consider that it's often really difficult to recover things left behind on an airplane. Kudos to American Airlines and their employees!

9. I love my 9800; I use it all the time for work and also for personal use (I pay for it personally) and I am looking forward to the 9810 very much. Can't wait to handle it! It sounds like I might miss the battery door on the 9800 though, because I like the feel of it. But I might get a case for the 9810 anyway. And I like what I've been reading about OS 7. And, FWIW, I've not come anywhere close to using up the memory, despite trying out many, many apps.
10. I love the conferencing features, although I admit I am only conferencing with people within the U.S. It has made that aspect of work substantially easier.
