2. Yeah there really is no good way around it. From what I saw of their plans it was a low-fi version for Android and iOS and I am not sure people would have jumped for it. If they made it too feature full then they sacrifice one of their differentiators especially in the third world.

4. Our buddies at CrackBerry jumped the gun a bit and only posted Kodak's press released that tried to put a positive spin on their loss. In short Kodak won a small battle in the ruling stating that RIM and Apple are violating their patent but they lost the war because that same judge ruled that their patent was invalid. Kodak still has a chance to make their case to the full ITC Commission but chances are they will lose yet again... 9. Yes the PlayBook is getting BB10. I am just curious if it will have a similar PlayBook UI or new BlackBerry 10 UI. The main change in BlackBerry 10 is more what is under the hood.
10. QNX pushed RIM into many verticals but one of the main ones is cars. According to Thorsten QNX is in 65% of cars and 85% of car makers are using QNX. I am still working on verifying those numbers but that is pretty crazy. Also check out their work in the medical field, replacing laptops, etc as a future.
