Verizon has finally decided to join the rest of the carriers in the United States by offering a lower priced BlackBerry BIS plan called Email and Web for BlackBerry. Robb from RIMarkable has been keeping an eye out on the Verizon pre-order page for the BlackBerry 8130 Pearl 2. The 8130 is now available from Verizon for pre-order with a price tag of $199.99 with a 2 year contract. The phone is scheduled to ship on November 8th so stay tuned.
