Yesterday when we posted some video & screenshots of Desktop Manager 4.5 somebody (Sir Brian of Dunwoody) asked why we left off the Media Manager. Turns out its there but we forgot about it. Feel free to check out the screencandy below:

Our anonymous tipster also showed us an interesting screenshot of the files installed by the upcoming BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5. I guess Josep was on the money when he caught the Symbian files.
Turns out that when you install Desktop Manager 4.5 it installs two new DLL files in the Common files folder shown below:

VBBClientCommForNokia.dll
VBBClientCommForWM.dll
