Open mouth, insert foot. A day after my rant on BlackBerry Wallet I am already seeing signs of the changing times. Bplay has just announced support for the BlackBerry Wallet application on their website. The application will fill out the forms with your credit card which is pretty cool. Especially since most of the Bplay [...]

I know 2 rants in one day is a bit much but I am curious to learn what happened to this promising application. We told you that it was released back in May. We then followed up with instructions on how to integrate it into a mobile website. Now we are almost 2 months later and [...]

Originally the BlackBerry was designed for business. Now everybody seems to have a smartphone of one sort or another. Josep pointed out to me that RIM even has a section of their site dedicated to students with some pretty crappy offers. We have mentioned the StudentBerry class/task management application previously and I am sure the [...]

“Find & Name that BlackBerry” seems to be the new game in town. We have been guilty of playing quite a few times in the last year. The latest contestant is the knowledgeable Jibi @ BBnews.com.

This is a great resource for learning the ins and outs out your BlackBerry and you will hear it quoted quite often [...]

For those of you who have not had a chance to keep up with the news lately. Larry Dignan of Seeking Alpha did an amazing job writing up what I call the “state of the smartphone.”
He basically explains the current situation with Palm, Apple, RIM, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Google, & Motorola. The reason I am [...]

Michael & Josep sent me a link to a post by one of the admins of the official BlackBerry support forums. Turns out that Unite! that we have all grown to love is now available in North America. In short this just means that you don’t have to download it from a Canadian IP [...]

While reading this knowledge base article on RIM’s site I ran into a bit of a snag. You can read what I mean below:
