Stefano just let me know that Vodafone just released a version of Desktop Manager 4.6. I tried installing it and it worked in English so it should work for you.

This is an official RIM released version so it should be stable. I did not see mediasync in this version.

There have been quite a few leaks regarding the BlackBerry KickStart. It will be the first flip phone coming from RIM so it will be interesting to see how it fairs.
