I am not quite sure who this application is targeted at but the idea is interesting. ToySoft created KoolSounds to let you set custom notifications during certain system events. For example, if you wanted your Berry to beep when you have low battery or it has fully charged. The application is relatively low at $5.95 [...]

Apparently we’re not the only ones doing a sale this Labor Day season! S4BB has their GTD (Getting Things Done) TaskMaster program on sale for $9.99! The original price on this application is $29.99 so this is a major discount for this application.
Personally, I think that the built in task application is just fine, but [...]

I just got an email about this interesting new enterprise solution announced by Vayyoo today. It looks to be targeted at enterprises but I think it would also make for a great consumer application. Essentially allows you to create a mashup of voice, text, images, & your GPS location that you can upload to a [...]

I am surprised that I did not hear when this was released since I was keeping an eye on the similar alpha release we mentioned back in January. Turns out that Remember the milk released an official MilkSync client for BlackBerry with an impressive feature set. The only downside is that it is not free [...]

Tom just let me know the good news. We have mentioned BBNotepad quite a few times on BerryReview as a great free text editor for BlackBerry. One of the downsides of the application was that you were constantly prodded with security prompts because the application was not signed. This has now been fixed!

New features in this [...]

I just got an email from S4BB, telling me that TaskMailer 1.3 Beta is now available for download. We mentioned this product when it’s initial beta was released, and S4BB sure seems to be hyping it up. I have gotten at least a dozen emails since I signed up for the beta version regarding my [...]

I was reading a review of SwooshPhotos By Adam and had to check out this new app. (I am a compulsive installer) Swoosh Software has released another Swooshing application last week called SwooshPhotos. After trying it out I can say that RIM has a few things to learn from the guys at Swoosh. The application [...]

Terry sent in a tip about this cool service that I had not heard of before. Turns out that Ping.fm lets you update your social networks through quite a few interfaces. That means you can send a email/AIM/Gtalk/ or Yahoo Messenger IM and have it automatically update in quite a few locations. These locations include [...]

Josep let me know about this new file manager application that is BlackBerry compatible and I thought it was worth mention. I am not sure why anybody would use this over the free Rove Mobile File Manager but I guess its good to have options. The application seems to be free during August but will [...]
