Not sure if this is worth trying but Stefano sent me a link to this new free IM & social network client called Nimbuzz which supports the BlackBerry. He did a review of it but sadly it is not in English. (Google Translate link here)
The client supposedly works with Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo [...]

Just heard from David that E*Trade’s Mobile application now works on the Bold. Not sure how many people are trading with the current situation and also have a Bold but at least E*Trade is still updating the application instead of just leaving it stagnant.
I can confirm that it works on my Bold but [...]

Luis let me know that The Street teamed up with Polar Mobile to create a free BlackBerry application. It allows you to access certain parts of The Street from your BlackBerry. I am not sure how well it works but it looks purty.
I am not sure why you would not just use a multipurpose [...]

Since I started using the Bold I had trouble taking screenshots with my older version of the free BBScreenShooter application. (Version 1.61 I think) Turns out that the good guys at Oppitronic have released an update since I last downloaded the application to bring the latest version to 1.62b. This version supports the 7xxx, [...]

S4BB sent out an email over the weekend that they have updated their public beta of TaskReports for BlackBerry. TaskReports essentially helps you create reports on how efficiently you handle the tasks on your BlackBerry. Personally I don’t have a need for such an application but I can see some GTD task aficionados interested [...]

I am not sure how we missed this application, but we are human. Thanks to Frank for bringing it to our attention. Turns out that a small developer, Orion North America, released an application that essentially lets you set a popup email notifier that will let you know when you get an email while [...]

I don’t know how this flew under the radar but Ed @ Brighthand managed to catch it. We mentioned the Agendus for BlackBerry beta back in July but the full version has now been released to very little aplomb. Iambic really needs to do some PR & advertising. The application looks stunningly well designed [...]

Last week MyPoynt updated their application for the Bold with some new features and an cool new user interface. Tom let me know that the UI changes have now made their way to non-Bold devices with the release of v0.9.6. They also added some new options for mapping multiple results in Google Maps. This application [...]

DreamBerrys do come true. About a week ago I posted a DreamBerry about a very specific problem. When you get a call from a number that is not in your address book and you add it to your address book it always saves the number as a work number. Maybe this is a carryover [...]
