I just read a post on GOS about a great feature that exists in Google Talk that I had never heard of before. It turns out that Google has translation Bot’s for over 18 different languages. All you have to do is add the translation Bot as a friend in Google Talk and send them [...]

Josep just sent me a link to a new portal on RIM’s website for all the native RIM Instant Messaging applications. The applications are still restricted to specific carriers by service books but if your carrier does support them the links are now all in one place.
I also noticed on the AOL Instant Messenger page [...]

I just discovered a great new feature in GoogleTalk that I thought might interest some. The new version of Google Talk allows you save a Google Talk Contacts picture onto your BlackBerry. The directions are pretty simple but not something you would expect to find if you were not looking for it. Since I have [...]

Ernie Oporto let me know that many users were having problems upgrading from the older Yahoo Messenger 1.0 to the new 2.0 version. I stumbled by a new knowledgebase article on RIM’s website that explains how to fix the issue and get your messenger back working. It seems that if you upgrade from 1.0 to [...]

Spencer_CDS has posted an update to his great tutorial on BlackBerryForums.com on how to get the RIM Yahoo client to work on AT&T. For all of you who are privlidged enough to have Yahoo working on your carrier just ignore this post. AT&T has never provided the service books required to get Yahoo messenger working [...]
