IM+ now supports multiple accounts using the same service at the same time.  They have also optimized their application to extend battery life.

Personally I think this is a move WebMessenger should have made ages ago. They are now offering their WebMessenger Mobile IM application for free! WebMessenger was the first IM client that I remember for BlackBerry devices back in 2000. WebMessenger allows you to login to AIM, Google, MSN, and Yahoo from your BlackBerry!
