Some serious updates in this latest release of BeejiveIM. Tom just sent me the feature list and I am impressed! They set up group chat for all the clients other than Gtalk. (Sadly)

I just got an update on the BBText2IM thread on PinStack. Turns out that Wheatoncs has released the final beta of their BBText2IM threaded SMS application for BlackBerry we told you about before.
New in this beta:

Support for archiving conversations via email
TOTAL font/screen color customization in the main program, and in individual conversations
Initial support for CDMA [...]

Yesterday RIM released a short KB Article on the New Features of Yahoo! Messenger. Although its been out for a short while, RIM has been kind enough to follow this up with a formal Article. This is one cool new service coming from the guys at SHAPE. Persistent.im is promoted as a solution to create IM conference rooms. The best part is that it is cross network compatible. That means that in one conference room you can have users from every different IM network. Including MSN/Live, AIM, Google Talk, Jabber, [...]

I was just reading a post on PinStack by Aggieaj letting everybody know that Windows Live Messenger 2.1.32 is now available. It seems to be as stable as the 2.1.33 version of Google Talk. (Which is awesome by the way!)

Kathy just let me know that RIM has released an update to their native Yahoo Messenger bringing it to version 2.1.33. This is similar to their Google Talk update last week.
Once again no changelogs so we have no idea what changed.
