I have been a long time fan of Sid Meier games, dating as early as Commodore 64 (I can hear some people saying what on earth is that ). I spent countless hours playing Pirates, Railroad Tycoon, and of course Civilization.
Now comes a [...]

EA is crouching in on Bplays territory with Medal of Honor to compete with Bplays Call of Duty. The game looks really slick in the screenshots but since there is no trial version I did not get a chance to check it out. The game is going for a hefty $14.99 on Handmark so if [...]

Talk about a blast from the past. Remember QBert from the 80s? The little ugly guy who hops on squares to change their color? Well Handmark just brought the classic to the BlackBerry. Once again there is no trial but if you were a fan then I think you can count on it being at [...]

Capcom really does a great job of releasing games and not letting anybody know about them. Almost seems counterintuitive… Their latest BlackBerry release is Mega Man III. I don’t know about you but I used to play Mega Man to death when I was younger. Remember SNES anybody?

Frank pointed out to me that Concrete also released two other new games this week. The first is Lawn Darts which is a classic backyard game that kids are not allowed to play anymore. The second is Constructo Combat which is a 3D spaceship game. Both games are a bit expensive in my opinion [...]

Talk about exciting news. Bplay just let me know that they have cut their prices significantly beginning this morning. These price drops will last for “an extended period of time at minimum” according to Bplay so there is no specific end date.
All of their top titles are now $6.99 with the exception of Guitar Hero [...]

I just got an email from Concrete software that they just released Civilization for BlackBerry. Talk about a flash from the past. I remember playing Civilization back in the day and I loved the game. I am curious to see if this adaptation lives up to the classic. The game is available now for a [...]

Tim just sent us a tip that Bplay has released Guitar Hero III Backstage Pass on their website. I did not get a formal announcement about it yet so this might just be a soft launch. The game looks pretty cool and with the original still clocking in at second place on their best sellers [...]
