In my opinion Viigo has long been one of the best - if not the best RSS reader for BlackBerry devices. Viigo is actually one of the oldest reviews found on BerryReview.com. For the last month or so we have been in contact with Viigo about their roadmap for the future. We got a prerelease [...]

The BeFTP (BEIKS FTP) client that we mentioned before is now available from the BEIKS mobile site. For some reason it is not available from the main www.BEIKS.com site. The BeFTP client is free for non-commercial use. The tricky part is that for commercial use you are required to purchase the Pro version of BeFTP [...]

Josep just sent me a link to a free new service called CellSpin that is compatible with BlackBerry devices. I have not had a chance to check it out myself but the feature set is pretty impressive. According to their website CellSpin allows you to post pictures, text, and audio from your device to many [...]

I was just reading a thread on BlackBerryForums.com about a new version of BEIKS Noah Bible Viewer 4 and caught something interesting. It seems that BEIKS will shortly be releasing a free FTP client called BeFTP.

David just sent us a tip that a new version of LexSpell has been released by BEIKS. We have mentioned LexSpell quite a few times in the past including an impressive review but it has really quieted down since RIM added their own native spell checker in OS 4.2.2. The new version of LexSpell fixes issues they had [...]

The new Version 2 is coming almost a year after the last release so it has a boatload of updates. The old version is still available but I recommend sticking with the new one.
From [...]

Wireless18 has been around for quite awhile offering a golf scorecard application for BlackBerry. In a previous post about mScorecard I had mentioned that there was a free application, Wireless18, that does a pretty good job of scoring your golf games.
Wireless18 does not have the GPS features of mScorecard but it has some other interesting [...]

Some of you may have noticed that if you go to the Viigo Bulletins feed in Viigo you will now see an ad for American Express. A bit back ago we mentioned the fact that the Viigo logo banner had grown in the latest release. After speaking to Viigo CEO Mark Ruddock I now know [...]

I will preface this post by saying that playing around with Javaloader is not for the faint of heart. If you don’t know what Javaloader is I would recommend just ignoring this post. With that said many of us have been using Javaloader.exe for quite a few years now to manually remove and add .COD [...]

The application is meant to give you a quick translation and also help you expand your vocabulary by remembering which words you have learned already. The translations are stored [...]
