I will start this off by saying that I am already doing a mini review of Shout Postcard since when I installed the application it actually surprised me by how fully featured it was. This is especially so because it is a free service. Stay tuned for the full review. One thing that did not make [...]

It seems that GPS applications are showing up all over the place recently. The latest releases from Trimble outdoors each serve a specific purpose and actually seem quite cool. When I read about this yesterday I was not sure if I should post about it but once I tried the applications I actually saw how [...]

Simon at BBcool just caught wind of the 4.2.1 OS update for the BlackBerry 8703e. This is big news for Verizon and CDMA users since they have been left out in the cold since the GSM version of 4.2 has been out for months. The reason so many people care is that many of the new [...]

I just received a great little tip from Gary Cutri, the moderator on Crackberry Aus site.

V-MODA Vibe Duo is a BlackBerry compatible version of the V-MODA’s Vibe that is quite well reviewed. The difference in the Duo is that it now has a built in microphone and call button that works with the BlackBerry Curve and other 3.5mm BlackBerrys. Hayden, one of the gurus at PinStack, caught the first look [...]

There has been hardware out for months allowing you to use wireless EVDO cards with specific EVDO routers but this is the first that is compatible with BlackBerry devices. It seems that the new Cradelpoint CTR-350 (Review link) allows you to cradle your Sprint 8830 to the router and share the connection with other WiFi equipped [...]

First of all, for all the men out there this theme may cause others to question your sexuality. Artum at Gemblock has released a snazzy new theme called Pink Tourmaline Zen compatible with all the modern BlackBerry’s. The theme is described as “cute†and I will leave it at that. If this floats your boat [...]

I just read a very interesting FAQ article on RIM’s Knowledgebase. The article discusses an issue with Belkin routers and the 8320 and 8820 WiFi-berry’s. It turns out that when you connect these berry’s to a Belkin router it may cause your BlackBerry to reboot. The interesting part is that RIM recommends you update to [...]

A couple of days ago I received the new Berry Buddy Desktop charger cradle for my BlackBerry Pearl.
I thought to myself, “Great, another desktop charger. Why can’t I be reviewing Ferrari’s.”
Well as it happens, Innov8 looks they might have had the designers from Ferrari working for them when they put this one [...]
