TELUS let me know that they are now getting regular shipments of the BlackBerry Storm across the country. These new shipments should hit stores today. If you went into a TELUS store before and they were out of stock now may be the time to pick one up.

Bell threw us a curve and put out a press release announcing the Storm. The device is available now in stores and online. In line with TELUS it will be $249.95 on a three-year contract with a minimum $45 per month voice and data plan.

While we were all sleeping soundly this weekend Verizon officially released an update to the Storm 9530 OS to version 4.7.0.75. The new version is a marked improvement over the shipped version but not the best out there currently.

Looks like OS 4.7.0.78 has started to make its rounds for the 9500 GSM Vodafone Storm. From what I am hearing so far this new version fixes quite a bit of the lag problems and slightly improves battery life.

First up, it was going to be Mid-November. Then the official press release by Vodafone Australia that the Storm was delayed and will be released on 1st December. Then that got bumped to the 4th…. Latest date: 5th December. Damn, at this rate the device will be obsolete by the time it gets released…
