Over the last 2 weeks I have been experiencing some serious issues with Google Talk. The application would act up constantly. I get error messages such as the one shown on the left 5–6 times a day. The application would experience an error and sign off without me being the wiser.

I know it is going to be hard following up on the heels of Luciano’s rant about the Owners Lounge but this one has been annoying me for awhile already.
One of the things that always bothered me about the BlackBerry OS is why it takes more than a minute to boot after I pull the battery to restart. Many [...]

WARNING: This post is not for the faint of heart or for RIM employees read at your own peril… (evil laughing subsides)

Since RIM announced their amazing results this quarter I have been hearing so many different stories as to why. These stories range from the logical to the downright fanciful. One news source even blamed it on a chronic BlackBerry addiction sweeping the nation.

I was just reading an article on Edugree.com titled “Top 5 Worst Companies To Work For.” While I know a few companies that would make it on a list of top 30. Toni Bowers of TechRepublic seems to think the same way.
The list reads:
Home Depot
AOL
Best Buy
McDonald’s
Verizon
Personally it always gives me a chuckle how Verizon always [...]

Do you remember the first ringtones available? Well many of them are courtesy of Ludwig van Beethoven who passed away this time of the year in 1827. I just thought I would take a moment and thank him for his unknowing contribution.
If he only knew the popularity that Fuer Elise saw. You would think he [...]

A post by Robert Hamilton on the Google Mobile blog brought an old issue to mind. Robert describes how lowered latency brought people to use Google Mobile search more often.
First of all I have to describe what Latency is for most people. Latency is the time it takes between your device making a request and [...]
