Sorry guys I could not resist. Stefano sent me a link to one of the funniest RIM Knowledgebase articles I have seen to date. The article is titled BrickBreaker lost ball.
ProblemWhile playing BrickBreaker (in OS 4.2.1), the ball passes through a wall instead of rebounding, causing the ball to leave the screen and not return.
CauseWhen [...]

This was one of the hardest articles I have ever written. The pictures I have posted below are from an email I received from a relative in Europe who happens to be a police officer. The header on the email was, “Don’t text and drive”. The guy was texting whilst he was driving and ‘wandered’ [...]

I am curious as to what happened to people during this latest outage. How did you handle the outage? If your story is interesting enough I will republish it later in the day.
I was actually stuck out in the middle of New Jersey trying to pull up Google Maps to get some directions. Sadly [...]

Not long ago RIM relented and gave us a MP3 player, external media, and a standard headphone jack. Since then they have made some small improvements but the features and options are still pitiful! When OS 4.3 came out on the 8130 I was hoping for some nice additions but still nothing. So now we are hearing [...]

Some of these we all know…ie: International emergency phone number as this tip is included in every mobile phone instruction booklet I have ever read. But I decided to try the tip [...]

A few days ago Ronen posted about ‘The Missing Sync’ and Entourage 2008 incompatibility. In truth the situation is not as bleak as many have portrayed. Especially when you discover the power of PocketMac.
For those BlackBerry users out there that are having problems with ‘The Missing Sync’ or just don’t want to cough up the [...]

Do you remember the days when having a pager meant you were a doctor or a drug dealer? Well Athima Chansanchai of MSNBC seems to think that a BlackBerry speaks volumes towards your personality. Personally all mine does is make my beautiful wife roll her eyes whenever I pull it out.
Athima has managed to [...]

Over the last fortnight or so I have been dealing with the customer service division of a company we have featured in a couple of articles here at BerryReview. Since the purchases were of a personal nature and for my kids, I didn’t use my position as a reviewer to gain any advantage to [...]
