I was just reading an surprising Knowledgebase article on RIM’s site. It seems that many users are experiencing slowdowns with their AOL accounts which are being checked by the BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service). The culprit according to RIM is that AOL limits the amount of connections that can be made from RIM’s servers so messages [...]

ExchangeMyMail has always been one of the heavy hitters in the BES hosting arena. They have just announced today that they are now offering Exchange 2007 hosting for all new accounts. They seem to have worked out all the issues with BES and Exchange 2007 and have had it running smoothly for a month now. [...]

The new plan is $29.99 per month instead of the $44.99 previous plan. Sadly for BES customers the price is still $44.99. This comes hot on [...]

I have had two different readers ask me about 3rd party email applications that work on BlackBerry devices so I thought I would share this information with all of you. It seems that there are a few reasons to use a email application separate from the regular BlackBerry email service. I feel that Mark Rejhon [...]

Stefano has just tipped us off about a new deal that RIM is running to entice companies using IBM Lotus Sametime and Lotus Domino to use BlackBerry Enterprise Server. If you are a small organization and you happen to run Lotus this may be a good way to step up to a BES. Check out [...]
