    I downloaded the file from the browser of my q10 but I can’t open it. How do I open it please? Thank you

    • If by “the file” you mean the autoloader then you really need to download the file to a PC running Windows. The file is compressed, so you will need a program such as 7-Zip or WinZip to decompress or extract it. Once it is extracted, you will have an executable file that you can run to install the new OS. The step-by-step instructions have been posted on this site and other BlackBerry fan sites.

    • That’s correct. Your Settings/About should show Software Release If you select OS from the drop down list you should see OS Version

  9. after installing it from the download link battery starts to drain very quickly, earlier my Z30 gave me about 18hours battery life now just 6/7 hours…. now this is really not acceptable, plus i found that New BBM 10.3 is draining battery too much, anyone else facing this probs. or please give me the LINK for 10.2.1 i will just reinstall it
